In alignment with our five year Strategy, Delivering our Future, and our priority to amplify the voice of our service users, our survey underwent rigorous consultation with Rehab Group’s National Advocacy Committee, students from select NLN centres, and a comparative analysis with surveys from other educational institutions. At Rehab Group we are working hard to actively involve service users and students in our communication process, ensuring that their voices are heard and their feedback is integrated into the organisation’s efforts to improve services.
